The summer before college Auden meets the mysterious Eli, a fellow insomniac. While the seaside town of Colby sleeps, the two embark on a nightly quest to help Auden experience the fun, carefree teen life she never knew she wanted. Drama,Romance As someone who read the book, this was disappointing. The pacing was off, causing the plot to feel off and very rushed towards the end. I think the protagonist was poorly portrayed, and the acting was not quite up to par, creating a rigid and seemingly inauthentic character.
